I have a big butt and I cannot Lie!





Dead Taco, Vintage Taco, Live Taco, Baby Taco, what am I missing?

I bought a bunch of that new clay I told yall about a couple of days ago.

Here's my first impression: It feels delicious.

It feels just like fresh marshmallows. It's disconcerting. It felt like modeling with marshmallow bananas, without the candy coating. WEIRD.

I hope they never come up with scented clay like that.

It's VERY light. you can pretty much take it out the container and start playing with it like a foam ball. It's also pretty firm, it takes a bit of effort to rip out a piece and due to its foamy texture, awhile to roll it into a ball.

I don't know yet how it is at mixing colors but that's obviously the next step as I'm gonna need some green and orange. Another thing I don't know? Drying time. This stuff didn't come with any instructions so I'll just assume it takes 24 hours and leave it at that.

I have a test piece drying as we speak, a chibi-sized version of Taco's head sporting a santa hat. He's outfitted with a hook to loop a golden ribbon/thread to hang up a tree, I'll take a photo soon... as I find me the fabled gold ribbon/thread. I'm pretty certain mom has some which is why I didn't stop at the Dollar store on my way back.. ^^;

I hope I'm done running around and repeating myself over and over for awhile, this is not helping the calendar progress!

This is a step forward, last time I applied there they didn't give me an interview.
This time they did because of a previous job, they think I can also do office work and call suppliers for parts! (Which I CAN do, incidentally)
